• Exclusive use of the lodge for 24 hours

• All inclusive of meals, beer & wine and on-site activities.

• Minimum weekend stay of 2 nights

1 guest travelling alone or 1 couple              $895 per night

Two couples                                                   $795 per couple per night

Three couples                                                $750 per couple per night

Family (2 adults & 1 child*)                             $1,130 per night, extra children $235pp (max 3 children*)

2 or 3 guests each with their own room       $575 per person per night

We also cater for small corporate groups. One advantage of exclusive use is we can readily modify the package to suit so please contact us and let’s see what we can make work.

* Children are aged 17 years or younger. Note that unfortunately the property and lodge is not setup for very young children and hosting children under 8 years of age is by special arrangement only and at the discretion of Retaruke Country Estate.

Availability

It’s the nature of what we offer that each booking is slightly different. For this reason we don’t offer booking on line. However to assist your planning the calendar below reflects current availability.

Terms & Conditions

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Full payment is required 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Within 60 days of arrival -- 10% cancellation fee
Within 30 days of arrival -- 100% cancellation fee
